Patrick has a combined 12 years of experience in the software industry. For 4 years at Intel Semiconductors Patrick led the development of software tools and operating systems around new processors. Patrick then joined Microsoft Corporation where he served for 8 years in leadership positions within the Windows Server team, including the development of the Windows NT OS/2 Subsystem and Microsoft Message Queing (MSMQ). Patrick holds a Summa Cum Laude computer engineering degree from the Technion (Israel) and a Summa Cum Laude MBA from Columbia University (New York).

Pat Campbel

Pat has 25 years of direct marketing experience in a wide array of multi-channel industries including publishing, financial services, travel and entertainment, and e-commerce. For the last eight years as Managing Partner of Terra Nova Marketing Solutions, she has worked as an out-sourced marketing arm for web start-ups, Stage II Internet companies and large companies building out the Internet channel. Clients included such organizations as AmericanGreetings.com, Hallmark, Intrawest, Sony, gather.com, uBid.com. Previous to Terra Nova, Pat was Sr. Vice President of Interactive Marketing at barnesandnoble.com and part of the IPO team. In addition, she was President of Direct Equity Partners, LP, a private equity firm specializing in multi-channel direct marketing companies. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, received her M.A. and M.B.A. from Columbia University and served as Chairman of the Board of the Direct Marketing Association.

Ofer Gadish

Ofer has a total of 11 years of experience in Software Development and Software Development Management. Before joining Digicash, Ofer was Director of Business Development and Director of Software Development at Amdocs, VP R&D at Jungo, Director of Software Development at GlobespanVirata (today Conexant) and VP R&D at Camelot. Ofer’s technical background ranges from low-level hardware and kernel programming, through networking and network applications, and up to security, web applications and even development and deployment tools. He managed teams of up to 75 employees, covering all aspects of research, development, testing, support and product management.

Guy Shlaifer

Guy has a rich experience in the software industry in management positions within both R&D and operations. Before joining Digicash, Guy worked at Comverse (CMVT) and Telmap. His experience includes managing product life cycles, defining customer needs, integration with customer systems, creating cross company work plans and responsibility for the R&D deliverables. Guy holds a Cum Laude computer science degree from Ben Gurion University (Israel) and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University (Israel).

Yael Shelef

Yael has been part of the Israeli technology community for over fourteen years and has extensive experience in recruiting processes, training programs, developing company compensation policies & organization development. Prior to joining Digicash Yael was a Human resources partner at Microsoft’s Haifa R & D Center and HR Manager at NetManage. Yael holds a B.A. in Occupational Therapy from Haifa University (Israel).

Ofir Ehrlich

» Development Lead, Client/Server Systems

Ofir was an officer in an elite technology unit of the Israeli Army where he served for a total of 6 years, as a researcher, developer and team-leader, earning the prestigious Israeli Defense Award for one of the projects worked on. Ofir received an excellence award for his work. Prior to his military service, Ofir worked at Simbionix LTD as a software engineer.
